STEM Continuing Education
Expanding competencies.
Strengthening companies.
Securing the future.
Together with partners, HCAT+ develops practical educational formats that provide targeted support for companies and their skilled employees. The focus is on knowledge transfer, digital tools, workplace learning, future skills and promoting exchange on an equal footing.
Quality dialogue
The Qblue joint project has created a network of quality managers covering the entire aviation supply chain. The aim of this network is to address the challenges of transformation collaboratively and contribute to sustainable quality assurance solutions. Partners such as HECAS e.V., Hanse Aerospace e.V. and Hamburg Aviation e.V. represent the interests of the aviation community.
Thanks to close cooperation with the DGQ (German Society for Quality), the network continues to grow, enriched by new ideas from other industries. Current topics in the quality dialogue include data-driven knowledge management using AI and the promotion of a just culture.
Projects already completed
DigiNet.Air
In the four-and-a-half-year flagship project Digital Learning Network in the Aviation Industry of the Hamburg Metropolitan Region, the consortium focused on promoting digital education structures for small and medium-sized enterprises.
Together with partners from trade associations and vocational and academic education, HCAT+ developed digital teaching and learning modules for use in operational practice and training.
Workshops with companies from the aviation and related metal and electrical industries produced specific content that was tested and made available in distributed learning spaces, through demonstrators and Industry 4.0 technologies, and via a virtual platform.
HCAT+ managed the coordinating networking and transfer centre.
