As a coordinating body linking schools, businesses, vocational colleges and universities, we help ensure that the right skills, relevant expertise and industry-specific knowledge are taught in a targeted and individual way. We listen, facilitate dialogue and collaborate to develop solutions for knowledge building and transfer.

Demographic change presents challenges for both companies and educational institutions. HCAT+ initiates partnerships and projects to develop innovative formats that support companies in vocational training and strengthen both vocational and higher education.

Hydrogen dialogue: education and business

Founded in the aviation sector, this format brings together stakeholders from business, science and education – across industries and moderated neutrally by HCAT+ and the cluster organisation Renewable Energies Hamburg. The focus is on current and future skills requirements in the hydrogen sector, practical teaching content and concrete examples from industry.

The open dialogue promotes joint projects, knowledge transfer between companies and universities, and the visibility of successful collaborations. The aim is to further develop existing and future training and continuing education programmes for tomorrow’s skilled workers in line with their needs.
